CHATROUTER AGENT PROGRAM

Agent Terms & Policy

Welcome to the ChatRouter Agent Program. These Terms & Policy outline the requirements, responsibilities, benefits, commissions, and conditions for participating as a ChatRouter Agent.

Operated by ChatRouter Communication and Advertising Ltd

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to become a ChatRouter Agent, joining the Agent Program, or accessing the Agent Dashboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policy.

You agree to comply with all ChatRouter policies, applicable laws, WhatsApp/Meta policies, and reasonable instructions issued by the ChatRouter Agent Partnerships and Support teams.

ChatRouter Communication and Advertising Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Policy when necessary. Agents may be notified of significant changes through the official Agent WhatsApp group, dashboard, email, or other official communication channels.

2. Starter Agent

The Starter Agent level is the entry level into the ChatRouter Agent Program.

To join as a Starter Agent, you must:

  • Be an administrator of an active WhatsApp group with at least 20 members.
  • Read and accept the Agent Terms & Policy.
  • Submit an application to become a ChatRouter Agent.
  • Receive approval from the ChatRouter Agent Partnerships team.
  • Receive access to the structured ChatRouter Agent Dashboard.
  • Complete the required onboarding orientation.
  • Properly configure the required WhatsApp Agent Group.
  • Begin referring eligible customers and earning commissions.

3. Official Agent WhatsApp Group Requirement

Your WhatsApp group is an important part of your Agent Program activities and serves as your primary community and communication powerhouse for promoting ChatRouter, engaging potential customers, receiving updates, and accessing Agent resources.

Mandatory Group Configuration

By becoming a ChatRouter Agent, you agree that your qualifying WhatsApp group must be configured according to the following requirements:

  • The group must be renamed to ChatRouter Agent + Zonal ID.
  • The official ChatRouter customer care line must be added to the group and assigned as an Administrator.
  • The group must remain active and accessible to the Agent Partnerships/Support team.
  • The group must be used primarily for legitimate ChatRouter promotion, customer education, support, community engagement, and related business activities.
Important: The ChatRouter customer care administrator must not be removed, restricted, blocked, or prevented from performing reasonable administrative/support functions in the group.

ChatRouter may request reasonable changes to the group name, description, group information, or administrative configuration where necessary to maintain proper Agent Program identification and support.

4. Agent Dashboard & Custom Webpage

Approved Agents will receive access to a dedicated Agent Dashboard. The dashboard may provide access to referral tools, customer activity, commissions, resources, promotional materials, and other Agent Program features.

Where applicable, ChatRouter may provide an Agent with a custom webpage/link through the Agent Dashboard. The Agent may use this link to promote ChatRouter services and direct prospective customers to the appropriate registration or onboarding channels.

Agents must not modify, misrepresent, clone, or use the ChatRouter webpage/link in a manner that may deceive customers or falsely suggest that the Agent is the owner of ChatRouter.

5. Smart Agent

A Starter Agent may qualify for promotion to the Smart Agent level by meeting the required performance and conduct standards.

Smart Agent Requirements

  • At least 3 upgraded users through eligible referrals.
  • Maintain a clean record with no confirmed policy violations.
  • Continue complying with ChatRouter Agent and promotional guidelines.

Meeting the numerical requirement does not automatically guarantee promotion where an Agent has unresolved compliance, fraud, customer complaint, or policy issues.

6. Super Agent

The Super Agent level is intended for high-performing Agents who demonstrate consistent customer acquisition, responsible conduct, and commitment to the ChatRouter ecosystem.

Super Agent Requirements

  • At least 5 upgraded users through eligible referrals.
  • Maintain a clean record with no confirmed policy violations.
  • Complete the required KYC process.
  • Receive approval from the ChatRouter Agent Partnerships Team.

ChatRouter reserves the right to conduct additional verification before granting or maintaining Super Agent status.

7. Agent Commissions & Payments

Eligible Agents may earn commissions from qualifying customer referrals in accordance with the current ChatRouter Agent commission structure.

Payment Schedule

  • Agent commissions are processed on a monthly basis.
  • Payments are scheduled for the 15th day of the new month.
  • The payment generally covers eligible commissions earned during the previous month.
  • Only verified and eligible transactions may qualify for commission payment.
Example: Eligible commissions earned during January are scheduled for processing on February 15, subject to verification and the applicable commission rules.

Payments may be delayed where transactions require verification, where an account is under investigation, where required information has not been supplied, or where there are unresolved disputes or compliance concerns.

Eligible payments may be processed through approved payment methods, including Local & International Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Grey.

8. Referral & Customer Acquisition Rules

  • Agents must use their assigned referral links, codes, or approved ChatRouter promotional channels where applicable.
  • An Agent must not create false, misleading, or fraudulent registrations for the purpose of generating commissions.
  • Agents must provide customers with accurate information about ChatRouter services and pricing.
  • Agents must not promise features, discounts, refunds, approvals, or services that have not been officially authorized by ChatRouter.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or artificial activity may be excluded from commission calculations.

  • Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive marketing.
  • Collect or receive payments for subscriptions, setup fees, or other ChatRouter services without prior authorization. Agents may only collect payment where specifically authorized, including approved self-setup assistance. 12. KYC & Verification

ChatRouter may require Agents to complete identity or business verification before accessing certain Agent benefits, payment features, or higher Agent levels.

KYC information must be accurate and submitted through the official ChatRouter verification process. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of Agent privileges.

13. Suspension, Termination & Legal Action

ChatRouter Communication and Advertising Ltd may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate an Agent account where there is reasonable evidence of:

Where applicable, ChatRouter may also seek recovery of financial losses, costs, or damages resulting from the Agent's actions, subject to applicable law.

Where an Agent is terminated for fraud, abuse, or serious policy violations, pending commissions associated with disputed or fraudulent activity may be withheld or cancelled, subject to verification and applicable law.

14. Agent WhatsApp Group & Community Management

The Agent may administer and manage the WhatsApp community for legitimate Agent activities. However, use of the ChatRouter name and branding within the group is granted solely for participation in the Agent Program.

Agents must not sell, transfer, or commercially assign the official ChatRouter Agent identity or group to another person without prior written approval from ChatRouter.

ChatRouter may request access, administrative participation, or reasonable changes to the group where necessary for customer support, compliance, security, or Agent Program management.
